I'm Agnieszka, founder of Snow Lion Transformations, Personal Transformations & Leadership Coach and Speaker, lawyer, writer and philosopher.

I took the rewiring of my own mind into my own hands when I discovered I was not only unhappy but feeling lost and powerless. Why? Because I abandoned myself along the way in jobs, relationships, you name it. It was only when I picked these pieces back up and reinvented my identity and the vision of the life that I want to live, that it became so clear that life as we experience it results from our thoughts, the meaning we give to people and situations and our choices - all of which we have control over. And that the only thing we are ever really afraid of are our own emotions which again, result from our thought patterns and beliefs. That realisation has been my liberation and I want nothing more than to help people find their own freedom which does not reside in time or space but only ever in the mind - this is why I decided to become and qualify as a life & NLP coach and Neuroencoding Practitioner  so that I can take you on your own empowering journey.

I have subsequently undergone variety of leadership training and I am part of Tony Robbins senior leadership team where apart from leadership, we master the tools of practical psychology that he uses.

I'm also a lawyer and I specialise in contract negotiation & drafting as well as litigation - this is my magical ingredient that I bring to my Leadership Training & Coaching programme that includes specialised training in contract/ deals negotiation - it includes practical tactics I have learned and developed as a lawyer as well as all the practical psychology tools that make a rather unique combination, setting you up for success.
